Terms of use

Operator. This client area is operated by LaVision-iT, a company registered in New Jersey (USA). Contact: [email protected].

Purpose. The client area lets you create an account, submit a digitalization project, communicate with LaVision-iT, share documents and pay an annual subscription.

Account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out from your account.

Offer. The initial diagnostic and the digitalization of a first process are free. Ongoing support then continues through an annual subscription, the amount of which is offered to you in your client area after the diagnostic. Nothing is owed until you accept that offer.

Payment and renewal. Card payments are processed by Stripe; the subscription renews automatically every year until canceled. A Mobile Money payment covers one year and is renewed on request. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date by writing to us; the current period remains due.

Documents. You only upload documents you are authorized to share. They are used solely to carry out your project.

Liability. LaVision-iT provides its services with due care. AI prepares the work; decisions and approvals remain yours.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey (USA), subject to mandatory provisions applicable in your country.
