Data collected. Name, company, email address, phone and country; the content of your projects, messages and documents; your payment history (amount, date, reference). We never receive or store card numbers: they are processed directly by Stripe.

Purposes. Managing your account, delivering your project, communicating with you, collecting the subscription and meeting our accounting obligations.

Processors. Hosting: private server operated by LaVision-iT; traffic protection and delivery: Cloudflare; card payments: Stripe; email delivery: Resend; Mobile Money payments: the provider shown at the time of payment.

Retention. Your data is kept while your account is active, then for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction, export or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected].

Security. Encrypted connections, passwords stored as hashes, documents accessible only to you and LaVision-iT.
